Bulbs live up to their name growing very large and majestic.
White with slight purple outer skin becoming rich purple/pink around clove wrapper. Fairly easy to peel.
Smooth creamy full garlic flavor. Heat takes a moment to come on climaxing to very hot and mellowing out to long lasting after taste.
