Spring is an exciting time of year on the farm. We are busy seeding trays of vegetables and herbs in our greenhouse as well as getting ready to plant our orchard. We are digging holes and we will have 125 apple trees getting planted in the next week. We are so excited to see our organic garlic coming up, it’s already 5 to 6 inch tall and we have amazing germination. Things are looking up!!!
