Here at the farm our garlic is coming up strong, the weather has been quite favorable with many blue-sky days. We have a great crew of fun, hardworking individuals who are keeping up with all stages of the garlics needs.
The irrigation is almost complete so our fertilizing can commence soon, this will help give our garlic a nice boost to carry it through until harvest.
We have been walking the rows daily to monitor and spot weed. Soon we will try our flame weeding tactics!
We are looking forward to the spring markets, where we will be selling our perennial herbs, farm honey and dehydrated garlic.
